Key Responsibilities



The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects across Ireland, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This includes monitoring progress, conducting regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or risks, and coordinating with team members to resolve problems. Additionally, the Construction Site Lead must possess strong project management skills to ensure seamless coordination between different stakeholders.




Required Skills and Qualifications



* Previous experience as a construction project manager or in a similar role is essential; shopfitting expertise would also be beneficial.

* A solid understanding of retail fit-out concepts and best practices in building management systems (BMS) (EMS/Energy Management System). The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' worth of working knowledge.
