Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our commercial presence, increasing visibility with existing and prospective clients, and driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage with prospective clients to promote our food safety, quality, and compliance services.
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, ensuring sustained revenue growth.
* Lead sales negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
* Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Microbiology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the food, laboratory services, or regulatory sector.
3. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to manage and develop key accounts, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
