The Role
Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for an experienced and creative Bookshop Manager to join our bookshop based in Parliament Street, Dublin.
To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:
· Relevant experience to date of retail management, including supervising and motivating a diverse team.
· Experience in a Book Shop environment including customer service focus, sales, and a hands-on approach
· Knowledge of budgets and sales analysis.
· Product knowledge and awareness of market trends.
· Understanding of the retail book market (both online and bricks & mortar shops).
· Passion for Books and reading.
