Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and food quality control Deputise effectively in the absence of the Head Chef Ensure cost control through portion management, purchasing, and waste reduction Supervise Mise en Place and maintain high culinary standards across all outlets Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment in line with EHO standards Train and guide kitchen staff on hygiene, equipment, and safety procedures Manage supplier relationships, monitoring product quality and pricing Ensure compliance with grooming, safety, and emergency procedures Create staff rosters and manage team performance and discipline Contribute creative ideas to menu development and planning Collaborate with Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, and Events teams for smooth service delivery Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a high-end or five-star kitchen Strong leadership and organisational skills Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen health & safety standards Passion for culinary excellence and teamwork Flexibility to work across different sections and shifts To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
