Role Summary

You will join as an Industrial Relations Specialist, managing a team of approximately 350 employees. Your responsibilities include collaborating with HR Operations to resolve Employee and Industrial Relations issues, and representing the company in forums such as the WRC or Labour Court.
Requirements
* Experience in a fast-paced, complex organization in a senior Industrial Relations role.
* Deep knowledge of Irish employment laws and experience with the WRC.
* Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with senior stakeholders and external bodies.
* Experience in the public sector or utilities industry is advantageous.
