General Manager

The Role
As
General Manager
, you'll lead with purpose, personality, and professionalism.
You'll be the driving force behind our operations, guest experience, and team culture — balancing business goals with that warm, human touch our guests love.
You will:
Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring smooth, profitable, and guest-focused performance.
Lead, develop, and inspire a strong management team across Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Leisure.
Drive continuous improvement in service, quality, and staff engagement.
Work closely with ownership on strategic initiatives and long-term growth.
Champion our brand values — warmth, excellence, and authenticity — every single day.
Skills Required
We're looking for someone who blends
leadership, commercial insight, and a people-first mindset.
You'll bring:
Proven management experience at General Manager, Deputy GM or operations level (4-star property or equivalent).
Strong financial and operational acumen — you know your way around budgets, KPIs, and the daily rhythm of hotel life.
Sales Orientated mindset.
A hands-on, approachable leadership style that motivates and empowers teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
