About the Role
This role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance lawyer with an understanding of d ebt c apital m arkets, s tructured f inance and securitisation transactions to join our growing team in Dublin. The team is highly collegiate and associates will enjoy unrivalled exposure to quality transactions .
The team works on a range of matters for top-tier clients and collaborates with other finance practice groups in Maples to provide a premium service to our clients while supporting the associates in the team. The successful candidate will advise on a wide variety of capital markets and structured finance products and related issues such as:
* CLO s
* RMBS, CMBS and other securitisation structures
* Fund‑linked structured fund products
* Repackagings
* Lending platforms
* Debt issuance programmes
EXPERIENCE
What You Bring
The successful candidate will have strong technic al skills, a strong work ethic and a commitment to building a legal career in structured finance. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well within a team environment. The candidate's qualifications and experience will also include:
* A minimum of 3-5 years' post qualification experience
* A traineeship and experience gained within a top-tier- law firm in Irelan d, the U.K., or internationally
* A strong academic background, with excellent written com munication and drafting skills
* Excellent technical knowledge and a strong commercial awareness
