Here at The Spa in the Cashel Palace Hotel, we have created a unique relaxing experience for our guests. They will begin their journey with complementary use of our thermal suites which include tropical showers, sauna, steam room, pool, jacuzzi and an outdoor infinity pool with breath‑taking views of the gardens and the Rock of Cashel. Guests will immerse themselves into this tranquil oasis, relax, and let go of their stress. We will then continue their journey for the body and the mind with requested treatments, followed by a relaxation area where guests can put their feet up, breathe in the surrounding nature, and enjoy seasonal fruits and teas.
To help us provide this indulgent experience we are looking for a Spa Receptionist who has:
* Excellent communication skills and ability to put all guests at ease on arrival to the spa.
* Ability to multi‑task between phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products.
* Familiar with booking appointments and checking guests into a computer system.
* Knowledge of computer for taking and processing payments.
