Supplier & Inventory Management: Order supplies, manage relationships with vendors, and ensure adequate stock levels. Marketing & Menu Development: Plan, price, and update menus based on seasonality and customer preferences. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in a cafe, restaurant, or high-volume food service role.
