Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a medium-sized maintenance team
* Contract management including development, review and establishment of Key Performance Indicators to meet service objectives
* Service Delivery – managing capital replacement projects from procurement to completion, ensuring compliance
* Attention to detail – managing contractor and vendor relationships, procurement procedures and contract negotiations for optimal delivery and cost savings
Requirements:
* Experience in large business environments
* Reporting to Shareholders
* Project Management, Preventive Maintenance, Contracts and Service Delivery Management
