Reperio is partnering with a leading insurance company seeking an experienced Business Analyst. Support and advise on digital solution implementation by understanding and documenting customer requirements that align with the company's strategic vision.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify business requirements & provide actionable, data-driven insights
2. Bridge communication gaps across cross-functional teams & aid the deployment of solutions
3. Conduct user research programs & analyse processes to inform decisions
4. Support the delivery of the entire project life cycle; from conception to post implementation
5. Inform the development of digital initiative, including SEO, social media, and digital advertising campaigns
Requirements:
6. 5+ years relevant experience as a business analyst (ideally with time spent within the insurance field)
7. Comfortable facilitating workshops, interacting with stakeholders, producing wireframes, user stories & reviewing technical specifications
8. Adaptable & eager to learn in a fast-paced working environment
9. Excellent attention to detail & problem-solving ability
10. Experience of Agile / Waterfall methodologies, UX Practices such as JIRA, policy admin systems, and SQL are a plus
