Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Be eligible to register with the NMBI
Relevant Nursing Qualification
3 years nursing experience in a medical/surgical setting
Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills
Meet English language requirements required for NMBI registration
Key Responsibilities:
As a Staff Nurse, candidates will be required to work as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team under the direction of the Nursing team.
Duties will include:
Supervise, control staff and delegate duties as necessary.
Ensure that all residents are treated with dignity, privacy and respect and ensuring they are treated as individuals.
Establish a personal and meaningful relationship with all residents, relatives, and visitors, ensuring appropriate support and comfort is given at all times, especially to the bereaved.
Ensure all Nursing Healthcare policies are known and adhered to by all staff.
