The UX Designer will be responsible for developing innovative user-centered designs, conducting user research, and applying design thinking methodologies. Day-to-day activities include creating prototypes, refining visual designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful user experiences.QualificationsProficiency in User Experience (UX) design, including developing user-friendly and intuitive interfacesExperience with Design Thinking and User Research to understand user needs and design effective solutionsStrong skills in Visual Design and the creation of aesthetically pleasing and functional layoutsPractical knowledge of Prototyping to visualize and test design conceptsAbility to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and communicate design ideas effectivelyExperience with design tools and platforms such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similarBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience)Knowledge of the healthcare industry and accessibility standards is a plus
