Sales Account Manager Role Overview
Strategic Relationship Development is key in this role. Establish and grow relationships with both existing and new accounts within the supply chain software & technology sectors.
We are looking for someone to maximize revenue and margin on new incoming orders and projects, as well as handle responses to quotation and tender proposals, take ownership of customer service queries, and source new market opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Project managing and achieving specific targets/KPIs.
* Liaising with production colleagues.
* Analysing competitor market activities.
* Assisting marketing and brand activation projects.
* Supporting leadership teams.
