MSR-FSR is an international-managed engineering service provider that supports businesses operating in the high technology sectors.If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.We have gained the respect of some of the largest blue-chip companies worldwide and we are proud of our position as one of the leaders in our field.Quality Control Administrator We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Administrator to work full-time in our facility in Naas, Co.Kildare.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with QC experience to work for a growing and successful company.Job Description: Ownership for reporting of documentation generation (PCR, CAR, FA Report, Customer Complaints).Upon request from engineering and management, assist in developing manufacturing QMS procedures.Assist in delivering Quality Training courses, QMS quizzes, and training when required.Perform and oversee essential quality control inspections using specialised equipment, including but not limited to magnifiers, black lights, CMM tooling and profilometers.Review, categorise, quantify and analyse product nonconformity reports to detect trends and identify the possible need for corrective and preventive actions.Ownership for FMEA generation and maintenance.Assist in conducting internal audits of the quality management system to determine whether the quality system is effectively implemented and maintained and conforms to management system requirements as defined in the quality manual and operational procedures when required.Assist in performing monthly Production Spot Checks to assess training effectiveness and audit ongoing conformance to documented processes and procedures when required.Assist in approving new suppliers and monitor/audit existing suppliers to improve quality of materials and services when required.Assist in managing the Calibration Schedule for periodic calibrations of measuring equipment and periodic process monitors (CDA, DIW, Cu) when required.Assisting the team with any additional duties as required.Job Requirements: Third Level Degree in Quality Management/Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or equivalent is desirable but not a necessity.Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.Comprehensive understanding of procurement, end-to-end supply chain, logistics, shipping challenges and warehousing.Strong information systems skills (MRP/ERP) and technical skills with experience working on a range of administration systems.Strictly adhere to all corporate Environmental Health & Safety, Quality Management, HR and site protocols and procedures.Ability to read, analyse and interpret technical procedures and instructions.Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from managers, clients and customers.Knowledge of ISO, and 18001.Excellent oral and written communication skills and must be highly organised.Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages especially Word, Excel and Power Point.An ECDL Qualification is desirable.Must be hands-on and able to work on own initiative.Ability to prioritise workload effectively in order to meet deadlines.Must be able to wear personal protective equipment including protective eye wear, hard hat, gloves, steel-toed shoes and respirators.MSR-FSR is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
