Brightwater have exclusively partnered with a global financial services group that continue to expand their presence in Dublin.
They are now looking for a few insurance associates as the scale operations.
Responsibilities:
* Provide expert support and guidance to members via phone
* Find practical solutions to complex issues, ensuring a positive experience
* Collaborate with a team of committed professionals working toward shared goals
* Show leadership potential with a view to future progression
* Support and coach team members to help build a strong, high-performing team
* Deliver outstanding customer service, handling member requests, researching queries, and resolving disputes efficiently
* Build strong member relationships by gathering information, identifying life events, assessing needs, and presenting appropriate insurance solutions
* Proactively identify and recommend suitable insurance products to meet member needs
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in the insurance industry
* Customer contact experience in an insurance sales or service environment (preferred but not essential)
* Experience multitasking in a Windows environment
* Excellent business English skills (oral and written)
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
* Ideally a graduate or postgraduate
* Possess or be working towards APA or CIP qualifications
