Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our client's team in Dublin 17 as a part-time HR Manager. The successful candidate will take ownership of all aspects of Human Resources across the fast-paced site.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end HR function from recruitment and onboarding to contracts, compliance, and employee relations.
* Be the go-to person for all HR queries, employee concerns, and staff wellbeing initiatives.
* Ensure smooth running of payroll and maintain all records.
* Partner with Supervisors and Directors on workforce planning, rotas, training, and performance management.
* Support union negotiations and prepare for ethical audits.
* Maintain HR systems, policies, and procedures with a strong eye for detail and compliance.
* Work closely with an external HR consultant for expert support and guidance.
Requirements:
* Proven HR experience (HR Officer/Administrator level or above).
* A people-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong ethics, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Sage Payroll experience is a plus (training provided).
* Third-level qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
* Experience in a manufacturing or similar operational environment is desirable.
