We're looking for English-speaking Sales Specialists to join our team and represent a leading fintech company.
Sales Specialists manage various leads (as the first point of contact for many new and growing businesses interested in our products) and handle the full sales cycle through onboarding new users.
They are responsive to inbound leads, consulting with the business to capture their profile and needs.
You will need to manage your pipeline to effectively identify all suitable prospects.
You will guide these prospects through the sales cycle to achieve your sales targets and increase your bonus earnings (uncapped bonus).
In consultation with both high and low volume businesses, you will provide demonstrations on the financial products on offer and advise on the benefits.
The perfect candidate is an experienced salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of a new, existing, or potential customers organization.
You must have the ability to build the correct relationships with all levels.
As a Sales Specialist you must understand the business-to-business buyer journey, lead short, single stakeholder deals as well as complex multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner.
We'll provide you with comprehensive product training and ongoing sales coaching in order to make sure you have what you need to be successful!
What You'll Do: Handle leads and guide businesses through the sales process .

Manage your own sales pipeline and deliver product demonstrations.
Strive to investigate and qualify all leads received, and route relevant leads to dedicated teams for further support.
