Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our Portfolio Strategy division. This high-profile position demands a seasoned professional with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex business environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving informed decision-making that shapes our fleet composition, combining market insights, commercial opportunities, and risk evaluations to advise senior management on aircraft asset investments and disposal strategies.
* Industry & Market Risk:
o Identify and monitor key macro-industry trends, ensuring timely adjustments to stay ahead of the curve.
o Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of future market prospects for various regions.
o Oversight of sustainability initiatives.
* Asset & Portfolio Risk:
o Lead teams in identifying portfolio risk, developing mitigation strategies, and assessing new investment cases.
o Develop and maintain comprehensive investment case files for all commercial aircraft types, variants, and vintages.
o Provide critical input to acquisition and disposal strategies, balancing yield, residual value, and other portfolio risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* Extensive experience in product strategy, planning, portfolio management, or business development within a global aircraft leasing company, OEM, airline, or advisory firm.
* Strong analytical skills, including data manipulation and trend identification.

* Demonstrated ability to evaluate investment cases and develop comprehensive business plans.
