Wind Energy Operations Specialist
As a Wind Energy Operations Specialist, you will take ownership of a subset of our windfarms, working closely with all stakeholders to optimise performance and provide comprehensive asset management services.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can maximise asset generation by collaborating with our in-house trading team to align operational and commercial strategies. You will ensure contractual compliance through proactive engagement with external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of a subset of portfolio windfarms and working closely with all stakeholders to optimise performance and provide full Asset Management services
- Maximising asset generation by collaborating closely with our in-house trading team to align operational and commercial strategies
- Ensuring contractual compliance through proactive, day-to-day engagement with external stakeholders
Key skills and qualifications for this role include:
- A relevant third-level qualification in engineering, data science, or a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Post-qualification experience in the renewable energy sector, in an operational or data analysis role
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and experience using data analysis or visualisation tools such as Python, Tableau, or similar platforms

This role involves managing key accounts for third-party service contracts delivered by our company, ensuring performance and value delivery. You will also coordinate with Transmission System Operators (TSOs) and Distribution System Operators (DSOs) across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on minimising operational disruption from grid-related works and safeguarding our commercial and operational interests.
