Crowe Ireland is a leading business advisory and accountancy firm, ranking among the top 10 Firms in Ireland. We are now seeking candidates to join the team in the IT & Infrastructure Support role.
The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and delivering excellent customer service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Assisting with day-to-day IT support tasks including but not limited to:
* Resolving IT helpdesk tickets
* Managing user accounts and access permissions
* Supporting software applications / services, including Microsoft Office 365 suite and Intune
* Supporting hardware running Windows 11
* Remedial and preventative maintenance of hardware including laptops and printers
* New hardware setups for laptops and mobile devices
* Managing data archiving and restoration
* Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures
* Managing office Audio Visual equipment
* Other ad-hoc duties as required
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
* Third level degree or relevant industry certifications in the IT field
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft 365 environments, general software installations and configuration
* Understanding of IT hardware including configuration support & maintenance of laptops / mobile devices / multi-function printing, networking & telecommunications equipment
* Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively, identifying root causes through analysis, and bringing to a timely resolution
* Ability to take responsibility for the completion of complex tasks, either individually or as part of the team
* Commitment to provide a high quality and professional support / service to all stakeholders
* Strong aptitude for technology and ability to work off own initiative
* Ability to build rapport and develop relationships
* Excellent time management skills (ability to work within timelines and meet deadlines)
* Ability to focus on performance, prioritise simultaneous work tasks, achieve service level agreements and produce high-quality results
* Ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences
* Take ownership of self-learning and development
* Willingness to take on new tasks and develop other skills as required
