Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to ensure seamless operation of our clients' IT systems. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and on-site visits.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
* Configure and install computer hardware and peripherals, operating systems, and applications.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient system administration.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
* 1 year of experience in an IT hardware environment with proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 installations.
* Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to empathize with users and provide tailored solutions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
* Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite and report writing.
