Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Senior Client Service Advisor. As a key member of our Global Division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have relevant broking experience, CIP qualification (minimum), and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues. They will also possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritize workload.

In this role, you will handle client renewals from start to finish, assist with mid-term alterations, and deal with general day-to-day client and carrier queries. You will also provide support to our designated claims team in handling insurance claims and participate in sales initiatives to target new clients.

You will have the opportunity to work with high-level clients across various industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, tech, and telecommunication.
