About the Role
We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor, responsible for building relationships with trade customers and delivering excellent customer service within our branches.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to develop customer relationships, and drive customer connectivity. They will also possess high levels of focus, energy, and drive, as well as good business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor, you will:
* Build relationships with customers aiming to win sales, improve margin, and provide excellent customer service within the branch.
* Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings to customers and be seen as a trusted advisor.
* Work collaboratively with other areas of the branch to ensure customer needs are met.
* Ensure all call backs are completed in a timely manner.
* Work closely with other internal teams across the business to understand products and meet customer needs.
* Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand customer returns and reduce return rates by building better relationships with customers.
* Utilize relevant business data to understand opportunities across all customer bands and product groups.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
