About the Role
Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. You will also support external contractors and ensure that all equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair all facility equipment and plant systems on site.
* Support commissioning/validation on existing and new projects.
* Conduct scheduled maintenance as per Standard Operating Instructions.
* Filing and archiving of facilities and maintenance documentation.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a trade qualification in Construction/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or a Diploma in Engineering, Electrical/Process/Mechanical or Building Services Engineering. You should also have at least 2 years' hands-on working experience preferably in a maintenance role within the pharmaceutical/medical devices/manufacturing industry. Additionally, you will need to have strong technical skills, including the ability to interpret/design electrical schematics and to read hydraulic, pneumatic and P&ID drawings.
