Temporary Receptionist
to assist in covering front office duties while our Reception team is on annual leave. This short-term role will run from
1st – 31st October 2025
.
This is a client-facing role requiring a friendly, organised and professional individual who can help ensure the smooth running of our busy office during this period.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing reception: answering incoming calls and directing to the correct person or department
* Printing, scanning and uploading paperwork to our Workdrive/CRM system
* General office tidying to maintain a professional environment (professional cleaning service attends weekly)
* Preparing tea/coffee on training days
* Monitoring and maintaining kitchen/office supplies (e.g. milk, tea, coffee, stationery)
What We're Looking For
* Previous receptionist or office administration experience desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general IT systems
* Comfortable opening and closing the office if required
* Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support colleagues
Contract & Location
* Temporary cover role: 1st – 31st October 2025
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Based at our Dublin office: Fashion City, 23 Ballymount Road Upper, Kilnamanagh, Co. Dublin, D24 PD6H
