About the Role
Our organisation seeks an accomplished Senior HR professional to join our Senior Management Team.
The successful candidate will lead an established HR function, develop robust HR strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Provide high-level strategic and corporate HR leadership as part of the Senior Management Team.
* Promote evidence-based HR practice and support continuous improvement across the organisation.
* Lead, develop and motivate the HR team while advising senior executives on all HR matters.
* Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and ensure effective communication throughout the organisation.
* Oversee workforce planning, including manpower forecasting, succession planning, recruitment and retention strategies.
* Develop and implement HR policies aligned with best practice, legislation and national standards.
* Manage HR operations within agreed staffing levels and budgets, ensuring effective pay control.
* Provide expert support on employee relations matters and represent the organisation at external forums when required.
* Design and implement organisational training and development strategies, fostering a culture of learning, innovation and professional growth.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate HR records.
Key Requirements
* A business degree or equivalent relevant qualification (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
* Minimum of 10 years' senior-level HR leadership experience.
* Proven track record managing HR functions across multi-site operations.
* Demonstrated success in project management and delivery of complex HR initiatives.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
* Proven leadership ability with experience developing and empowering teams.
* Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
* Solid understanding of HR systems, payroll oversight and compensation frameworks.
* Ability to travel nationwide as required.
