A vacancy has arisen for Treasury Dealer of the in-house bank of the group, reporting to the Front Office Treasury Manager.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesManage the Groupe’s global cash pools and ensuring optimal liquidity availableAssisting with the management of the Groupe FX risk and with all group FX activities, primarily the Centralised Hedging Program, Tax and Dividend flowsDealing in investment products and providing input on investment strategyMonitoring intercompany funding maturities and associated liquidity & risk management of these flowsLiaise with internal companies and regional treasury hubs as well as various functional team in HQMaintain relationships with dealing desks of banks, international counterparties and other market participantsAt all times abide by the sanctioned counterparty credit limits for our core banking panelFurther develop and offer in house banking services across Groupe companiesMonitoring market movements and key events to provide market commentary and analysis to senior managementProjectsActively participate in the Groupe’s Quantum reimplementation projectExplore efficiencies and participate in the enhancement of current processesDeployment of Centralised Hedging Program in new geographiesWork with relevant project teams to implement hedging and netting of FX exposures in various regionsIdentify and set-up new investment opportunities with core banking group in line with the investment policyExplore feasibility to hedge new exposures in currencies via non-deliverable forwardsParticipate in Groupe cash forecasting, net debt & cash landing exercisesIdentify opportunities for process optimization or enhancementsMaintain up to date processes and procedures relevant to Front Office tasksParticipate in month end FX exposure and P&L reviewsQualificationsQualificationsDegree in Economics, Banking, Financial Management or mathematical study (required); A formal treasury qualification ACT/CFA would be preferred5 years’ relevant experience in a Treasury Front Office environment gained with a multinational enterprise or a bankKnowledge of foreign exchange markets and derivative instrumentsProven experience in group projectsUnderstanding of treasury and capital market instruments.Detailed working knowledge of front office aspects of Treasury Management systems (Quantum preferred)Experience with Bloomberg and FXALLAn interest in the global economy and key economic factors influencing financial marketsAwareness of regulation and legislation in the relevant marketsA proven team player with excellent communication, analytical skills and attention to detailCompletely literate in English language and ideally one or more foreign language skillsMust have required working visa to work in Dublin, IrelandAdditional informationAs part of our dedication to create aninclusive and diverse workforce, we arecommitted to equal access to opportunity for people without regard to race, age, sex, disability, neurodiversity, sexual orientation, gender identity or religion.
