Each team member is valued and encouraged to develop their skills and education to provide professional, best-in-class advice to our clients.RequirementsPrevious experience in consultative financial planning or employee benefitsCurrently hold the QFA qualification or working towards (or interested in achieving) the CFP, or Higher Diploma in Pensions Management leading to AIIPM qualificationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain solid client relationshipsProven track record of meeting sales targetsUnderstanding of relevant regulatory requirementsExperience in generating leads from a corporate client baseAbility to build strong internal relationships, trust, and credibilityExcellent presentation and communication skillsTeam-oriented with a focus on collaborative workMinimum of 3 years’ industry experiencePossession of a full driver’s license
