Funding and Grants Management Role
This role involves managing a portfolio of funding partnerships to drive social impact in employment and education access.
* Manage relationships with funders to ensure high-quality reporting and compliance.
* Develop and lead proposals for new and renewed grants from corporate, philanthropic, and public sector sources.
* Identify and research new funding opportunities to grow revenue streams.
* Collaborate with programme delivery teams to align funding strategies with on-the-ground impact.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range is €39,000–€47,000 (dependent on experience) with full-time or part-time flexible working arrangements.
A full driving licence is preferred due to occasional travel within Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires strong writing skills, comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards, excellent relationship-building and communication skills, and ability to work independently with multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A strong interest in social impact, education, or employment inclusion is essential.
Requirements
Experience managing or reporting on public and/or private sector grants (ideally over €50k/year) is required.
Grant/project management, communication and influence, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking and planning, analytical skills, and attention to detail are key competencies for this role.
