Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Medical
Naas General Hospital, Naas, Co Kildare.
We are looking for one permanent whole‑time vacancy in the Medical Ward.
Purpose of the Post
The post of CNM 2 has a pivotal role in service planning, coordinating, and managing activity and resources within the clinical area. Main responsibilities include quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, practice development, facilitating communication, and professional / clinical leadership.
Eligibility Criteria
* Professional qualifications and experience.
* Registered in the General division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
* At least 5 years post‑registration experience, with at least 2 years in acute care – medical speciality or related area.
* Evidence of continuous professional development.
* Annual registration maintained with the relevant division.
* Confirmation of annual registration with the NMBI to the HSE by way of the annual Patient Safety Assurance Certificate (PSAC).
* Full competence in health, good character, and professional conduct.
