are seeking a dynamic and organized self-starter to join as a Program Manager, UTR Tech (Under The Roof Technologies), for our Amazon Last Mile team.
This unique role will focus on developing, deploying, and supporting new programs and continuous improvement initiatives for our Delivery Stations, with the goal of increasing station and associate productivity, improving operations quality and efficiency, and enhancing the associate and end customer experience through scalable solutions that meet the Japan market's unique needs while driving worldwide standards.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage pilot, expansion, and support of technology programs across the Japan network
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholder teams at all level of the organization including operations, product engineering, and quality teams to design and implement technical and process solutions
- Develop a thorough understanding of station operations and Dive Deep into data to analyze performance and determine program strategy

- Proficiency with SQL and/or other data analysis tools
