* We are seeking an experienced and skilled Booking Coordinator to join our team, playing a vital role in the coordination of homecare nurses and caregivers across various regions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position, with strong written and oral communication skills, and be fully proficient in basic IT systems.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to listen and guide staff efficiently. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating client scheduling, staff coordination, and compliance, working closely with clients, family members, nurses, and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating the placement of homecare nurses and caregivers to all clients within dedicated regions
* Maintaining regular contact with clients to understand their changing needs and requirements
* Assisting with employee queries and ensuring they are resolved promptly
* Ensuring all 'active' staff are compliant with company standards before placing them with clients
* Liaising with the compliance and training department to ensure staff follow training and compliance recommendations
