Duties and Responsibilities
* Eligibility to participate is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more.
* Certain disadvantaged groups may be eligible at the age of 18 years or over.
The Department will verify eligibility.
