Food and Beverage Supervisor Role
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage supervisor to manage the food and beverage service of a busy hotel property.
* Manage a team of 25-30 staff in the food and beverage departments.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team on menus and food-related matters.
* Develop sales strategies for the food and beverage department in conjunction with the hotels in-house sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assisting senior managers in supervising the food and beverage service.
2. Working closely with the management team in the day-to-day running of the hotel.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Food and Beverage supervisor in a busy hotel property.
* HAACP trained.
* Excellent communication and people management skills.
