As Kneat continues to expand, we are seeking an enthusiastic E-Learning Specialist to join our Operations Department.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Kneat Academy Senior Manager, the E-Learning Specialist will design and implement content for our e-learning courses, providing best-in-class course material for our customers. Primary Responsibilities
* Design and create engaging content as part of a cross-functional training team, focusing on video and e-learning content.
* Specialize in digital content creation for training on Kneat Gx.
* Collaborate with departments, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders to research and develop content.
* Utilize software such as Learn Upon, Hubspot, Zendesk, and SharePoint to create, maintain, host, and deliver training content.
* Achieve set goals and use KPIs to evaluate content effectiveness.
* Contribute to the broader Operations department and leverage insights to inform decisions.
* Maintain consistent messaging, voice, and tone as a brand ambassador.
* Review and edit content as needed.
* Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience working in highly regulated industries such as biopharma, medical devices, or food and beverage.
* Proficiency in digital content creation.
* Experience with video editing software (e.g., Camtasia).
* Experience with eLearning software (e.g., Adobe Captivate).
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Learn Upon).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and strong project management skills.
* Ability to produce high volumes of content under tight deadlines.
* Problem-solving skills with innovative thinking.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality.
* High emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Nice to Haves
* Experience in teaching or training roles.
* Experience with validation or manufacturing in regulated environments.
* Additional experience using Kneat applications.
