Your new role
As Receptionist, you will be working front of house and be the first point of contact for customers and clients. You will be responsible for greeting and liaising with customers and clients while handling customer queries and providing effective solutions where applicable. Your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to filing and reporting, managing posts and couriers, database management, stock control and general up-keep of the reception area.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have at least 2 years' experience in a receptionist role within professional services. Proficiency in MS Suite in addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will be able to work on initiative and multitask while providing effective solutions to customer queries and complaints. With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements in a similar role, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
