Logistics and Purchasing Specialist
The role involves providing logistical support to the organization's growth by processing purchase orders, setting up products with accurate information, coordinating shipping schedules, and ensuring customs clearance.
Responsibilities
* Process Purchase Orders, ensuring accurate product pricing and discounts.
* Set up products with descriptions, dimensions, and weights.
* Liaise with Product Coordinators/Designers and Suppliers.
* Coordinate shipping schedules and deliveries.
* Ensure proper documents are provided for Customs clearance.
* Update shipping intake schedules as needed.
* Conduct Cost Valuation and perform ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
* Experience using ERP systems.
* A 'Can Do' attitude and ability to work independently.
* Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
* Previous experience in Shipments/Imports/Exports an advantage.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel reporting.
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Effective time management and organisational skills.
