Position
The purpose of the Technical Librarian role is to compile and revise all necessary Technical and Operations documentation in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Continuing Airworthiness Manager or Director of Flight Operations, when delegated and briefed, in the preparation and dissemination of any documentation required for aircraft operations.
* Control the revision procedures and the revision registers for the CAMO and Flight Ops Manuals originated by the OEM (Airbus/Boeing/ATR and vendors) and other relevant manuals as required by Technical Services.
* Ensure the documents on board the aircraft are constantly up to date and current.
* Maintain revisions status of all manuals.
* Manage subscription contracts with the OEM and vendors.
* Implement corrective actions for audit deficiencies in areas which he/she has control and/or responsibility.
* Understand and practice the principles of the Company Safety Management System.
* Special projects and other duties as assigned by the CAMO Manager.
* Maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility. The company will facilitate this process.
Requirements
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU.
Qualifications
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Must be fluent in English.
Experience
* Experienced in the control of airline technical and operational documentation in a regulated environment.
