We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled, and passionate baker to join our team at our bakery in Harolds Cross. Role Summary: We are looking for a dedicated baker with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will play a key role in our daily production of high-quality breads, pastries, and cakes, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation meet our established standards. Key Responsibilities: Weigh ingredients accurately according to recipes and production needs Mix ingredients by hand or machine to achieve desired consistency Knead, stretch, mould, and shape dough for bread, rolls, and buns Roll and cut pastry to specification Mix and prepare ingredients for cakes and other baked goods Fill and glaze pastries as required Bake a variety of products including breads, pastries, and cakes Decorate cakes with icing, fillings, glazes, and other toppings Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety standards Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery or similar food production environment Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dough handling Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Capable of working independently as well as part of a team Good time management and multitasking skills Attention to detail and a passion for quality Flexibility with early morning shifts or weekend work if required What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic team environment Continued skill development in a renowned Dublin bakery Skills: Teamwork Baking Cooking
