About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to join our team in a customer-facing role. As an Inside Sales representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing and new customers, receiving and processing customer orders, and providing advice and support relating to customer issues and queries.

* Building relationships with existing and new customers and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
* Receiving and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Providing excellent customer service and support, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Assisting the quality department with claim processing and monitoring transport timeline schedules in conjunction with the logistics department.
* Liaising with internal departments to provide customers with product information and supporting the external sales team in monitoring existing customers and developing new opportunities.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports relevant to the department and undertaking general administration duties as required.

Essential Criteria
">
* Fluency in Polish language is preferable, but not essential. Any additional Eastern European language would be beneficial.
* Good standard of both spoken and written English is required.
* Attention to detail and accuracy are essential skills for this role.
* The successful candidate would ideally have a qualification in Business or a related discipline together with 2-3 years' experience in a customer service/telesales environment, including supervisory experience.
* Experience within the manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
* Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills are essential.
* Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and knowledge of ERP systems would be beneficial.
