Install Technician Job Summary: As an Install Technician, you will play a crucial role in our client's operations, responsible for the professional installation and maintenance of coffee machines across various customer locations.
This hands-on role requires technical expertise, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong attention to detail.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing excellent service to our client's customers.
Responsibilities: Install and configure coffee machines in accordance with manufacturer specifications and client requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on coffee machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize disruption to customers' operations.
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers on coffee machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of installations and service requests.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in installing coffee machines or related equipment.
Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations as required.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using mobile devices for work-related tasks.
