Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Regional Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our self-catering apartment blocks. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction and team coordination.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Meet and greet guests upon arrival
* Escort guests to apartments and provide a welcome/introduction
* Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences
* Handle guest queries and offer local area recommendations
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure apartments meet cleaning and maintenance standards
* Report and follow up on maintenance issues
* Liaise with cleaning teams to ensure timely turnovers and quality control
* Prepare and update daily guest arrival spreadsheets
* Create cleaning rosters and staff schedules
* Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and apartment essentials
* Manage stock orders and carry out regular stock takes
* Lead and support the on-site team
* Train and oversee cleaners and support staff
* Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the apartment blocks
