This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage all conference and banqueting operations within a well-established venue, ensuring seamless events and exceptional guest experiences. The client is renowned for its high standards, professionalism, and supportive working environment. Key Duties: Oversee all conference, events, and banqueting operations. Plan and manage events from initial enquiry to execution, ensuring client satisfaction. Lead, coach, and motivate the banqueting and events team. Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships for events. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and departmental performance monitoring. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement event strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in managing conferences, banqueting, or events within hospitality. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently. Excellent planning, budgeting, and operational management skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-specific hours. Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI. Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
