The goal of this Project Coordinator position is to lead project development from inception through to completion, requiring a background in medical device manufacturing.
This project management role provides an opportunity for professional growth and requires experience with injection molding, contract manufacturing, or closely related sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop project timelines and manage leveraging project management toolkits.
 * Identify and assess risks, developing response strategies as needed.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
 * Establish project expectations with stakeholders and team members.
 * Maintain accurate project records and distribute them as necessary.
 * Delegate tasks effectively to team members.
 * Resolve project issues promptly.
 * Engage in ongoing professional development within the Project Management field.
Requirements:
 * Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field, or relevant combination of education, skills, and experience.
 * At least 5 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
 * Prior experience in injection molding, contract manufacturing, or a related industry is essential.
 * Obtaining PMP certification within 6 months is required.
Domestic travel will be frequent, while international travel may occur occasionally to customer sites or other facilities.
