Business Operations Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to support our operations team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage internal systems, documents and policies
* Support multiple departments with administrative tasks
* Liaise with teams across sites and functions
* Ensure high standards and smooth workflows
Requirements:
* 3+ years' administration experience (senior or lead level)
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 – especially SharePoint and Excel
* Excellent written and spoken English communication
* Confident communicator, on the phone and in person
* Stamp 4 holder or European citizen
What's On Offer:
* A competitive salary range: €42,000 - €48,000 per year
Location and Working Hours:
Dublin 7, Monday to Friday, 08:00 am – 04:30 pm (04:00 pm Fridays)
