Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract basis.
* As the primary liaison between HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams, you will translate business needs into functional system solutions.
* You will lead requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis for Workday and related HR/payroll systems, partnering with HR, Payroll, and WFM process owners to identify automation and improvement opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
* Collaborate with external systems integrators and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery, alignment with the business requirements, and adherence to best practices within the industry.
* Manage system changes through established change management processes, ensuring quality and compliance.
* Develop and maintain detailed process maps, system documentation, and data flow diagrams, supporting ongoing releases and enhancements, including regression testing and stakeholder communication.

Requirements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex technical information.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience of working in a team environment.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Experience of implementing and managing payroll systems, preferably Workday.
* Knowledge of HR/payroll processes and procedures, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and time-off management.
* Ability to develop and deliver training sessions and user guides.
