Key Financial Accountant Role
We are seeking a skilled financial professional to manage our company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare month-end accounts, including journal entries, analytical reviews of expenses, and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Assist in the annual audit preparation and interact with external auditors.
* Maintain accurate records of fixed assets.
* Identify and secure grants from various funding sources.
* Develop and submit grant proposals.
* Work with the engineering department to identify projects eligible for tax credits.
Skill Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience as a financial accountant.
* Experience with accounting software and systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
