Salary: Grade I (€30,326 - €43,006)
About The Role
Front Line Defenders is recruiting a Programme Assistant to support the Wellbeing and Resilience team (WB&R) and the Protection Grants team. This entry‑level role provides administrative support for the Wellbeing and Resilience Programme, including tracking and triaging requests, drafting agreements, liaising with health rights defenders (HRDs), supporting transfers, working with Operations on logistics, and acting as key liaison for Dublin programme participants while in Ireland.
Additionally, the role dedicates 15% of time (1 hour per day) to supporting the Protection Grants Team by uploading grant applications to the FLD database.
This role requires experience in administrative or program support roles, ideally in a nonprofit or NGO. The successful candidate will have demonstrable organisational and time‑management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work well with a diverse range of people and cultures with empathy and clear boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
 * Track and triage requests for the Wellbeing and Resilience Programme.
 * Draft agreements and liaise with HRDs.
 * Support transfers and collaborate with Operations team on key logistics.
 * Serve as main liaison for Dublin programme participants while in Ireland.
 * Dedicate 1 hour per day to upload grant applications to the FLD database.
