A Quality Manager is required by Careerwise recruitment to work with a Dublin based aviation industry company.
THE ROLE:
* Responsible for quality procedures & processes.
* Obtaining and maintaining all necessary authority approvals.
* Obtaining and maintaining all capability authorizations.
* Ensure that internal audits are carried out on the site and on any external agency providing services to the organization.
* Issue certifying authority to personnel qualified to perform certification.
* Establishing and maintain a maintenance personnel training program and maintaining a record of maintenance personnel for training, ratings and qualifications.
* Independently develop, document and implement all work procedures and processes.
* Coordinate company quality program.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in Quality Management and auditing.
* Relevant 3rd level qualification
* Strong leadership ability with experience of leading teams and projects
* Spoken and written experience with German language would be an advantage.
